Create, administer, analyze and sell quizzes, examinations and questionaires

  1. Create Quizzes
  2. Provide a title, description and duration for to create a quiz. If you offer different quizzes to different classes/groups, you can start by creating "Folders" and then proceed to create quizzes under them.

  3. Upload Questions
  4. You can add new questions under a quiz or just copy existing questions from your other quizzes. Each question can include an image and can expect different types of answers including free text, numeric, multiple choice or single choice. Provide the expected answer to be used for automarking. A question can have subquestions under it which can also do the same. You can organize your questions in sections.

  5. Invite Candidates
  6. Candidates are the users who will take your quizzes. You can add candidates by importing a list of them from a CSV file or just creating them one by one. You can provide their real names or allow random identifiers to anonymize the quiz taking process. Once you pick the candidates that should take a quiz you can invite them via email or SMS. The invitation includes a reminder of when the quiz should be taken.

  7. Conduct Examinations and AutoMark
  8. Quizay automates the delivery of exams/quizzes to multiple candidates at the same time. You can start the quiz simultaneously on multiple screens for multiple candidates. Quizay times the quiz and when the time runs out, the test automatically closes and the candidate is presented with their results. As the candidate provides their answers, Quizay automarks questions that expect multiple choice, single choice or numeric answers. You can also manually mark the questions that expected free text answers, review the automarked answers and give a final score.

  9. Analyze Results and Export
  10. The best thing about delivering your quizzes digitally is that you can visualize the results easily on dynamic charts and make more use of the data. The candidates can also visualize their performance and measure their improvements over time. You can export your data on pdf or csv formats and you can chose which data to share with other accounts that request access. (Probably your fellow administrators.)

  11. Sell your Quizzes
  12. Do you want to make some quick money here? Eaazy! Some quizzes are very similar accross different institutions since similar candidates and qualifications are involved. Some organisations are willing to pay you for the effort of building up your questions bank and organizing your quizzes in a useful manner. Mark your quizzes 'For Sale' and set the price that you will charge. We will list the titles and prices on search and handle the transactions. Quizay earns 20% and there is a transaction fee of 2.9% + 0.30 from our provider (Braintree Payments).
